How we can help: Complete forms & file forms with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or with US National Visa Center (NVC) , Track case progress, Respond to official Requests for Evidence, Explain your options throughout case progress, Provide list of local attorneys who practice immigration law.
Who we help: Refugees, Immigrants, U.S. Citizens, Domestic Violence Victims, Individuals who are not in legal immigration status, those with basic immigration needs who do not require the services of an attorney
Other Support Services: We provide a variety of group presentations including: Know Your Rights as an Undocumented Immigrant, Immigration System Basics, Family-Petition Options Fees: Fees for services are nominal and fully explained before service begins. Clients can expect to pay $45 for consultation prior to the first meeting.
Concerned about language? Clients may provide their own interpreter or request and pay for an interpreter through World Relief.
